Lake Break in No Wake

Welcome to lake life living situated in a no wake zone on the 3,600 acre Herrington Lake. This low traffic, dead end street is located a short distance from Royalty’s Marina and close to Shaker Village. Huge outdoor patio, a large dock with boat slips and a fireplace. You cannot beat the calmness and view of this property. Boat rental available during season and can be slipped right at the dock. The space *Tritoon rental available during season! * Grocery delivery upon request Walking into the entrance of the home, you will be on the main floor of this property. Kitchen, dinning room, living room, one bathroom, Bedroom 1 and patio access is on this floor. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed & One Full Bed, TV, Small desk Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds & TV and attached Bathroom Bedroom 3: King bed with Master Bath Main Floor has a Full Bath in the hallway All bathrooms have towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, floss and lotion. The kitchen has 2 bar stools, dining table for 6 and includes all your cooking essentials. Also in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer behind the folding doors. K-cup machine (coffee and creamer included) Drip machine (coffee, filters and creamer included) 4-slice toaster Air Fryer Hot tea kettle (tea included) Spices, baking dishes, pans, etc. The garage is allowed to be used by guests. Each bedroom has throw blankets and in the living room as well. We allow ONE dog that must be on a leash. Guest access The entire property for REGISTERED guests only. If you have additional people that have decided to join, please alter the reservation. If you have friends/family that want to visit, you must request. This ensures enough supplies are left and I can prepare enough cleaners for fast turn arounds. There is a RING CAMERA that monitors the amount of people going in and out of the home, so be honest. The driveway is very long and plenty of room for parking. Stay off the grass when possible so we can keep it beautiful! Other things to note This is a lake house which means there may be mud, wind, pollen, bugs, snakes, temporary power outages, dirt, leaves, dust, and fallen trees. There might be a spider or a cricket. Pollen or ashes or leaves could settle on the porch or ledges with the blowing wind. The house is professionally cleaned after every single guest, but please keep in mind that this is a lake house on the outside. All used linens, duvet covers, Pillow cases, shams, blankets and towels are washed every guest.
