Other things to note ◆Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. ◆We ask that you bring your own condiments (we do not want you to feel uncomfortable using condiments that have been opened). （We have salt, pepper and oil available in case you forget to bring your own. ◆You are free to drink anything in the refrigerator. （Welcome drink is available in the fridge.) ◆Coffee, tea, and green tea packets are available. ◆You are welcome to leave your dishes in the sink after check-out. ◆There is a 4,400 yen fee to use the BBQ set, which includes 1 BBQ stove, 2 BBQ tables, 8 BBQ chairs, charcoal tongs, and food tongs. (Please purchase consumable items such as charcoal, igniters, and nets at Cain's, supermarkets, etc. Please ask if you need any location help on Cain's, the store is on our provided map as well) Large mesh nets are set on the BBQ stove, so any size net can be used. If you would like to use BBQ set, please let us know when you make your reservation (via message). If you wish to use, we will clean it up thus you can simply leave it on the balcony for you to check out. If you do not request to use a BBQ stove, and you were found to use a BBQ stove during the normal linen cleaning, you will be charged 8,800 yen for the BBQ cleaning, which will need to be arranged separately at a later date. Please contact us if you are unable to use it due to weather conditions such as rain. A full refund will be given after check-out and cleaning. BBQ tables and chairs can be used freely even if you do not apply for BBQ. ◆As is common in the Nasu area in general, we are surrounded by the great outdoors. Although we take the utmost care in cleaning, there are many birds and insects living in the surrounding area, including during your stay. In addition to cleaning, we always keep a supply of earth jets (anti insects spray) and other insecticides on hand, but we ask that those who are not fond of small animals or insects please be mindful of this.
