Air conditioning plus a ceiling fan will keep you comfortable and cool in summer, and underfloor heating will keep you warm in winter. Guest access There is ample visitor parking at the entry to the property. Room for a caravan or boat too. Just park near the parking sign and your level access to the property is up a path towards the Studio Apartment and entry via the arched gate that will take you inside. Other things to note The Studio will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant aged 0-2 years as per the Airbnb policy. For this reason, and the comfort of our guests, an infant aged 0-2 may stay when added to the guest list at no extra charge. Please note there are no specific amenites for infants which is why there is a limit of 1 infant travelling with their parents. Pet friendly on request.
