New kitchen and fireplace in autumn 2025! Cozy and comfortable modernized family cabin located in a quiet area with nature and wildlife around you. There is a road all the way up. "Ski-in/out" to cross-country ski slope 300 meters from the cabin. Only a 20-minute drive to Skistar Trysilfjellet alpine center! Nice surroundings and many activities in summer as well. Hiking trails just outside the door. Short distance to fishing waters and beach. 14 km to the store, 18 km to the center of Trysil. The dog is welcome. The space The cabin is located on a spacious natural plot, among trees and hills by a small stream. Approx. 650 meters above sea level in a quiet cabin area without transit traffic. There is a year-round road, parking for one car by the cabin wall and parking space for several cars below the cabin. The cabin is about 60 m2 and contains 3 bedrooms, bathroom/compost toilet, hallway and combined kitchen/living room. The cabin has a new electrical system, TV and WiFi. The cabin is heated with electricity and a fireplace. Heating cables in the bathroom. The cabin's living room and bathroom are heated upon arrival during the winter season. Firewood is included in the rent. The cabin has a cabin water system, where water is filled in the tank and heated in a water heater, so that there is pressurized water available for washing and showering. Water tanks are filled on arrival and filled as needed during the stay from a frost-free tap on the terrace: Fresh clean Norwegian well water. The cabin has more than 6 beds. 6 guests are nevertheless specified as a maximum after an overall assessment. Guest access The entire cabin is at the guests' disposal during their stay. There are some personal belongings such as clothes, food and drinks, linen, etc., tools and sports equipment in the cabin/storage room. These are not at the disposal of guests and are put aside a bit. There is an electric car charger by the cabin. Use of this must be agreed upon, due to occasionally high electricity prices. Other things to note Trysil is Norway's largest alpine destination with slopes for all skill levels! There are also restaurants, cafes, bars/afterski, shops, ski rental, ski school, swimming facilities and much more associated with Trysilfjellet alpine center. There is a bus connection about 600 meters from the cabin to Trysil city center and a shuttle bus from there to the alpine resort (see Innlandstrafikk's route information). Cross-country ski trails can be found both locally and in Trysil. Trysil is a year-round holiday destination for both the active and those who want to relax. There are miles of bike trails for both exercisers and downhill experts, hiking trails above and below the tree line, swimming opportunities, rafting, golf, climbing park, cultural experiences and much more. Search Trysil and Skistar online for more information. One of Sweden's largest alpine facilities can be found about 45 minutes drive east, in Sælen. There you can also rent snowmobiles and ice carts.
