The spacious living room is an inviting space to unwind after a day of adventures. Sink into the plush sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV, or step outside onto your private balcony and savor a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you take in the city views. Relax in the comfort of the queen bed, or utilize the convenient work-from-home space to stay productive during your stay. Guest access A wavier MUST be signed to utilize the pool and hot tub. The homeowners also use the pool, hot tub, and backyard. The pool is open from April 15th to October 20th and is heated at 90 degrees. The hot tub is open from October 1st to May 31st and heated to 103 degrees. The middle garage bay is the entrance to the guest house and not accessible to park inside. It is used as a pool house. Another 1 car garage parking spot is available for an additional $200 per month. There is free street parking steps away from the entry door. Other things to note The wifi is 2,000 mbps. This is a triplex home - there are 2 guest homes and a primary residence. Parties or additional guests are not permitted and strictly enforced.
