Two bedrooms have one QUEEN bed and one double bed, topped with fresh linen and blankets. Open plan living and dining space with smart TV, dinning table with four chairs, dining sets, and sofa. Listing photos capture everything that you will expect in this house. The kitchen has cutleries, plates, bowels, tea cups, glasses, Microwave, Oven with cook top, Electric Kettle, Toaster and also washing machine and bar fridge in it. You might need to bring your own spices/sugar/salt/sauce for cooking. This unit is set up next to the main house but is completely separate and no space to be shared. Please note that sound and cooking smell can travel across between front area(you live in) and back area(other tenants) although no space is shared. Off-street parking is available and free all day. Outdoor parking. You can also park at the black gravel area in front of the stairs - west side of the driveway. Please try not to park/block on the driveway. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access The guests have full access to Internet, air conditioning system, smart TV and outdoor parking ( black gravel area in front of the house for at least two cars space) . Air con is controlled by the App on iPad next to the bench top. “Airbnb Rooms” is the zone for this place and choose the Mode as “Heat” or “Cool”. Please do not make changes on other zones. Any issue using it please message the host. For TV, we provide free Netflix access so that you can watch all TV shows and fire stick Apps for local channels. How to use the stove manual is included at the end of listing photos. The property is comprised of the 2 bedroom unit and 3 bedroom house. The 3 bedroom house is used by other tenants and the access between two space is locked. Please note that the safety is assured. Once guests use PIN code to self check in through main door handle, they have the entire place of the unit. There will be no sharing area with other people. Other things to note NO parties/loud music/social events are allowed. Family gatherings are fine. PET FEE- We are pet friendly house but you will need to pay extra cost for pet fee when you make the booking. (Select the option of pet fee when you make the payment). Penalty will apply if you sneak in your pet. Due to the limitations of the house, no dryer provided. No access to back yard and no access to indoor parking. If you really need to utilise indoor parking/storage space, please communicate with the host and this may be negotiable. Early checkin and late checkout is also negotiable at the hosts’ discretion.
