The Presbytery is a monument in Boven-Leeuwen. A small, quiet village, in the Land of Maas and Waal. The Rectory with attached St. Willibrorudus Church is located in the center, near the dike with behind it the beautiful floodplains and the river Waal. The Pastor is a spacious and cozy apartment upstairs in the Presbytery. Renovated in 2023/2024 and ready for guests to enjoy The Rectory and its beautiful surroundings. There is also a shared, cozy and spacious and backyard. The space There is a common entrance, after which two staircases take you to apartment The Pastor, at the top of The Rectory. Behind the front door, there is a hall, with 4 doors: * A door to the spacious living room (t.v. and free wifi) with a cozy sitting area, reading corner and a desk. In addition, an open dining and living kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner stove, fridge / freezer, oven, water cooker, dolce gusto coffee maker and enough pots, pans and crockery to prepare a delicious meal. * A door to the blue bedroom with a double bed, view of the church and spacious closets. * A door to the pink bedroom with 2 single beds and storage space. * A door to the bathroom with (rain) shower, bathtub, toilet, sink with drawers and mirror and extra storage space. Upon arrival, the beds are already wonderfully made and there are towels and kitchen linen waiting for you. The only thing left to do is unpack and enjoy! Other things to note Unfortunately, the Dutch government has decided to increase the VAT rate for rentals to tourists from 9% to 21%. As a result, we are forced to raise the price.
