Two of the bedrooms on the main floor have incredible views of the vineyard and one of the bedrooms even has its own ensuite bathroom. ☆☆BATHROOMS☆☆ Our home has three full bathrooms. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor of the house and one of them is an ensuite. The lower level of the home has a large spa like bathroom with a free standing tub, a glassed-in shower, and more. ☆☆LIVING SPACES☆☆ The main floor of our home has a spacious living area with a large sectional couch, fireplace, smart TV, board games, and more. This space is also open to the kitchen and dining areas of our home. The lower level of the home features a unique wine room bar and lounge space with plenty of seating options and a smart TV as well. ☆☆KITCHEN & DINING☆☆ Our beautiful chefs style kitchen is fully equipped with every you'll need for preparing and cooking home made meals during your stay. It's equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware and more. Our formal dining space is right next to the kitchen; it features vineyard views and a large farmhouse style dining table set for 8 guests. The kitchen also has a large island with bar stool seating for 4 people. ☆☆BACKYARD☆☆ Welcome to the perfect country backyard oasis; this space is designed for relaxation and fun. Our backyard includes a huge vineyard facing deck with a formal outdoor dining table set for 10 guests, a covered lounge space with a gas fire table & comfortable patio furniture, step down from the deck to experience our hot tub and sauna which are both available for use all year round. The ideal backyard for enjoying wine country to its fullest. Guest access Our entire home is accessible to guests, except for the storage room and garage. Guests also have full access to our outdoor amenities, including our hot tub and sauna. The wood burning fireplace in the basement bedroom is not useable. Please note that our home is on a working farm and the vineyards in the backyard are private property. The vineyards/farm behind the home is a working farm - guests are not to intrude on private property. There are bird bangers that go off periodically on a seasonal basis (September-October) The outdoor furniture is stored under a cover on the back deck from November - April.
