Welcome to our beautiful Estacada home nestled on top of a hill in serene county setting. The home over looks a specular view of countryside full of trees. In the evenings you can sit outside on the patio, BBQ and enjoy a very beautiful sunset. Inside the home we have a electric fireplace that will keep you warm and give you a nice relaxing feel as you curl up and read a book, play games or watch a little TV. We are very close to many hiking trails, kayaking, fishing, boating, parks. The space Welcome to our Day Hill Farm Home. The home is a comfortable and relaxing space that is well- equipment. The home has a very open floor plan with two living room areas that join to the kitchen. The kitchen/ living room area overlooks the back deck that has a fabulous view. One of the living areas has a electric fireplace that you can enjoy with a touch of a button. No need to carry in wood! Just sit back and relax . The home has beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed, large soaking tub, a separate shower and vanity area with a magnifying mirror and a chair. It also has a large walk in closet and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a nice comfy foam mattress topper. This room also has a TV. The second bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. This bathroom has two sinks, towels, hygiene items and a shower. The third bedroom has a futon couch/bed with a mattress topper in the closet for add comfort if needed. This bedroom also has a TV. The home has a utility room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and a large utility sink. We provide a few washing pods and dryer sheets. The kitchen has a large island with four bar stools. There is a six person dining room table. Its a perfect kitchen for family gathering, playing games or watching you favorite game on the two large screen TV's. The kitchen is fully equipment with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave and all the cooking utensils. The back of the home has a deck that over looks a meadow and some beautiful trees. There is a BBQ for grilling. The home is close to many outdoor activities. Milo Mclver Park State Park is only 2.0 miles away. The park offers, fishing, kayaking, boat ramp, hiking/ biking trails, horse trails, picnicking and a world class 27 hole disc golf . Timber Park is 2.2 miles away Great place to picnic, walk your dog, play disc golf or put your kayak in the water! Promontory Park is 7.3 miles Mt Hood Ski Bowl and Timberline Lodge is only a 45 min drive. Downtown Portland is a 45 min drive.
