Don't miss the unique opportunity to stay in an apartment in a Roman building from the early 1900s! The building is considered one of Rome's historic buildings and the apartment has maintained its characteristic antique flooring, 1930s-style fixtures and decorated ceilings. A unique accommodation that already takes you into the atmosphere of the Roman Dolce Vita. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. To get to the apartment there are two blocks of stairs: one to get to the ground floor and one to get to the first floor. They can be seen in the additional photos. The space where you will stay consists of a comfortable entrance with reading nook; a living room with table, television and sofa; a bedroom with closet, nightstands and dresser; a bathroom with a large shower; an equipped kitchen. The bedroom overlooks a quiet inner courtyard despite the typical nightlife of the Trastevere neighborhood. Please note that the air conditioning is located exclusively in the bedroom. The apartment does not have a crib or an additional bed and there are no safety devices for small children. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 2 people. It is not possible to accept more people, including children. The palace due to its historical nature does not have architectural structures suitable for motor-type disabilities. For privacy reasons, it should be noted that the area in front of the entrance door of the building and the entrance hall of the building are equipped with CCTV cameras.
