Each floor has 3 rooms: 1 cozy room of 16m2 for 2 people located at the rear (south) of the property. 1 wonderfully spacious room of 20 m2 for 2 people with the possibility for a 3rd person. This room is located in the middle of the building and overlooks the communal city garden and neighbors' gardens. 1 full studio of 30m2 for 2 to 4 people located at the front of the property. The studio on the first floor has a balcony with a great view over the Stationsstraat, from the Centraal Station to the Ouwe Brug. Of course, a fully equipped kitchen cannot be left behind here, together with a cozy dining table. For example, you can book 1 entire floor with 6 people and have a nice meal and/or drinks in the studio. Room 4 Through the entrance on the ground floor, you enter the building. The hallway has a beautiful mosaic floor from 1885, and through the monumental staircase you reach the second floor. The room is comfortable, cozy, and equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. There is a lovely double bed (180x200m), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and sink.
