In the park there are 7 Lakes, 2 community pools, golf courses, public boat docks and a walk up Beach. Bring your Side by Side, 4wheeler etc. and explore the Trails. There are also several Wineries nearby. The space There are TWO spaces included and a Private Therapeutic Spa (Hot Tub) use with each booking. 1. Full Hookup RV permanently situated on private property. With water and sewer. Fully operational like a home. Full Beautiful Kitchen, Fireplace and Dual Ac Units to keep you cool on the hot days. 2. The Cabin is more of a family room and is Great for entertaining. It has 3 single Beds, TV, Living and Dining areas, AC & Heat. Guest have access to all Park amenities in Linn Valley Lakes. Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts. Golf Course's. 3 Lakes and 4 fishing ponds and much more. There are Bath Houses throughout the Park as well as Laundry facilities, for your extended stay if needed. The RV has an electric Hot Water heater with continuous Hot water for long showers as well. Guest are not permitted to put their own Boat in any of the Lakes in the Park. You may use any of the Public Docks to Float, wade etc. Just No Motorized Boats. They do this to keep the traffic down in the waters. So only registered property owners may put their boats in the lakes. You can take your Boat just outside the park 5 min away in Lacygne Lake, which is over 2000 acres and is Great for Boating and Fishing. Guest access The Cabin and the Recreational Vehicle.
