Description

In the heart of the downtown, this quaint 3 story row house dates to the late 1800's, with the charm and crooked floors to prove it. Minutes away from Signal Hill, Conference Centres, George Street and a multitude of shops, restaurants and experiences. Two adjoined rooms, one double and one single bed (enter one through the other) are located on the 3rd floor. The shared bathroom (with hosts) is on the 2nd floor. We are pet friendly and occasionally care for cats and dogs. The space This house is one of the few downtown structures that survived the great fire of 1892, which left more than two-thirds of St. John’s in ruins. Today it is a mix of the old charm and modern amenities. - Two Adjoined bedrooms on the third floor loft level; one room is off the other, doorway with privacy curtain between the two - the bathroom is on the second floor and is shared with the owners - this is an older house so the stairs (carpeted) are a bit steep and narrow. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and store items in the fridge. There is one bathroom in the house, which is shared with the hosts. Other things to note We are walking distance from most of the amenities in the downtown. Free on-street parking. We are pet friendly and may have cats or dogs staying with us at any given time - we'll confirm with you before hand if this is okay or we can easily move them out!
