It has a separate private street entrance, a gated side yard with shade, and an outdoor table and chairs. The front living room and kitchen lead to a bedroom and bathroom in the back, with a small patio. The property is quiet, relaxing, and tucked away but has easy access to Figueroa and York as well as South Pasadena and Eagle Rock. The home features a private workspace complete with desk, desk lamp and ergonomic desk chair. The unit also features a dedicated private high speed WIFI network, and wireless/wired charging ports in both the desk area and bedside. All windows have shades for privacy and the space is soundproof and quiet. All of the appliances, finishes and fixtures are brand-new and high quality. The home is designed with productivity, privacy, and safety in mind. Guest access You have access to the entire detached home and side yard with outdoor seating.
