We're located at Montemar Village, Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union, 1.5-minute straight walk to the beach or 190 meters very close to Awesome Hotel and Final Option Beach Resort shoreline. 5-minute drive or 1 tricycle ride from Urbiztondo where the popular hangouts are: Flotsam&Jetsam, Kermit, El Union, Masa, The Lark Inn, Putik Friends Pottery, and a lot more. Have good, clean fun on the quieter side of San Juan. The space We have guaranteed free parking within our premises, outdoor barbeque grill, full kitchen, smart TV (40-inch in Living Room) and shared roof deck (with a slight view of the sea and the mountains). We are reachable by Grab/Foodpanda. There is also minimart/eatery/water refilling station in front of the property. Our place is within walk distance to the highway for easy transport access to tricycles, jeepneys and buses.
