Kind Reminder: To ensure everyone’s privacy, please refrain from entering the front and back yards of the main house, and note that the outdoor kitchen is not available for guest use. Other things to note GENERAL * Kindly, remove shoes indoors. * NO smoking or Vaping in/on property. ($2000 violation fee) * NO parties or unregistered guests. ($2000 violation fee ) * Please report any damages, technical issues, leaks, or safety concerns immediately. *Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am KITCHEN RULES * Please do not pour grease / oil down kitchen sink to prevent damage to plumbing, grease disposal bag provided for proper disposal. * Ensure dishes are rinsed and free of food prior to placing in dishwasher. * Please do not place hot pans / pots on counters without trivet / protector. White counters are delicate and can stain or get damaged without proper care, please be mindful. * Dispose food left overs in trash versus the sink’s garbage disposal. * Hand wash only items: baking sheets or and knives. Please do not soak in water, they will rust. LAUNDRY * Please NO bleach on this listing’s property such as linens, towels, etc. OUTDOOR *Please do not feed the animals (pets or wild animals) *Please keep outdoor common areas clean after daily use and free of personal property.
