It’s warm, clean, cozy, and beautifully retains its traditional charm. This well-maintained, old-style house has high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of sunlight. Most importantly, it's on the ground floor with excellent ventilation! The neighborhood is very quiet in the evenings, making it great for a restful night's sleep. There are many famous restaurants and cafes nearby, including the Hyundai Department Store Sinchon, Starbucks, vegetarian restaurants, and the famous Chicken Hanmari! Your host, Allie, will be happy to recommend great dining spots. ☀ Host-Cleaned Accommodations ☀ As a traveler who has explored various parts of the world for about three years, I take my experiences of discomfort and good impressions from past stays to heart. I clean the house myself, treating it as my own. I use eco-friendly detergents to wash the bedding for each guest transition. It can be tough to scrub and polish, but the thought of welcoming new travelers brings me joy. I’ve decorated this home with love and care. One of the reasons I cherish it is the warm and homely feeling you get as soon as you step inside. With every appliance and furniture perfectly in place, you can relax and feel at home during your stay. I’m here to be your travel assistant and will do my best to help you🫶🏻♥️ Guest access This is a guesthouse where one guest uses the entire room privately and shares only the common areas with the Korean host and other guests! The house will be shared by 2 to 4 people in total, but the bathroom is usually not crowded—so no need to worry! 🩷🌞 ————————————————————- I hope you feel as comfortable here as you would in your own home during your short stay. You have access to the entire space (living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room) except for the two rooms used by other housemates and the host. Everything you need is available in the home. You can ask the host for anything at any time. During your stay This house is a great place to experience local Korean life, meet friends from different countries, and practice your Korean language skills. As your host, I'm here to make your travel experience better and help you if you encounter any issues during your stay in Korea. I sometimes share Korean meals with guests and enjoy sharing my favorite music. I also help introduce you to other roommates, making sure that even introverted guests feel comfortable. Other things to note # House Rules & Important Information To ensure everyone has a comfortable and pleasant stay, please read the following: ✅ Location The property is located on the 2nd floor (stairs only, no elevator). ✅ Check-in Time Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, please contact the host before booking. ✅ Luggage Storage Free luggage storage is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a fee of 10,000 KRW per person applies. Extended storage is available for up to 4 additional hours. ✅ No Shoes Indoors Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Clean indoor slippers are provided. ✅ Quiet Hours (Strictly Enforced) Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please do not talk or make noise in common areas (such as the living room) during this time. ✅ Common Areas Please do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces. These areas are cleaned daily, and we are not responsible for any lost items. ✅ Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Guest substitutions during your stay are strictly prohibited. ✅ Laundry You may use the washing machine once per day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. ✅ Strict Non-Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts outside the building. Smoking is allowed only outside the building. I’ll do my best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
