Welcome to our beautiful apartment located in the Saint-Michel district (50 m from the Saint Michel Langer metro station) close to the hyper center and the charming Carmes district. You will appreciate this apartment for its comfort, equipped kitchen, air conditioning in summer, cozy patio and geographical location. Small quiet building, close to all amenities. Note that the height of the bathroom ceiling is only 1.95 m (1.85 m for the shower, a stool is available)! Other things to note We remind you before you book our accommodation that the height of the bathroom is only 1.95 m, that the bed is standard size, i.e. 1.40 m x 1.90 m, that there are 4 steps to access the bed and 4 others to access the bathroom. There's TV and Wi-Fi. You have shelves in the living room to store your belongings. We provide you with sheets, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, soap, shower gel and all the minimum necessary in the kitchen (salt, pepper, coffee, tea, etc.). A hair dryer and iron are also available. This accommodation is non-smoking, please respect it, however you can smoke in the patio, there is an ashtray at your disposal. Included in the accommodation we have a secure parking space in the neighboring residence, the parking is aerial so no height problem and the space is spacious enough for all vehicles. Check-in is from 3pm, but it may be ready before then, so don't hesitate to ask if you want to check in early 😉 Check-in is done independently via a lockbox so late check-ins are quite possible, we send all the information with the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.
