Welcome to our private studio offering a perfect retreat just 300 meters from Bondi Beach! Thoughtfully decorated with coastal-inspired accents, featuring a comfortable and serene queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Unwind outside on the sun soaked private terrace, ideal for coffee or sunset drinks. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach, and all the famous bars, restaurants and shops of Bondi, it offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The space Our studio retreat, located in the heart of vibrant Bondi, just a few minutes walk away from the golden sands of the beach and all the action of Bondi. As you climb the steps up to the rear of our property to the studio amongst the trees, you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet surrounds. The space is bathed in natural light, streaming through large sliding doors. At the heart of the studio lies a sumptuous queen-sized bed, adorned with cotton linens and plump pillows, promising a great sleep. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop and full sized fridge, offers all the essentials for preparing light meals and snacks. Sit up to the bar table to enjoy your meals or coffee. A compact but functional bathroom has a a walk-in shower and fresh towels. Outside is a private seating area and lawn - ideal for morning coffee in the sun or enjoy a sunset drink. When the call of Bondi beckons, its an easy 300 metre flat walk to the beach. There is a bus stop around the corner for handy public transport to the city or Bondi Junction. A convenience store, wine bar and cafes are a 2 minute walk down the street. Spend your days lounging on the soft sands, swimming in one of the amazing eastern beaches, or exploring the nearby coastal paths and trendy shops. As the evening falls, head out to explore the local dining scene, where you'll enjoy every cuisine possible at the nearby restaurants and cafes. Guest access Our studio is located at the rear of the garden of our home - with private secure access via the side lane. It is very separate from the main house, but you cross the yard and up 2 sets of stairs to access the studio. Other things to note The studio is elevated at the rear of our property - with secure gate access. There are 2 lots of stairs to climb to access the studio, so it is not really suitable to anyone with mobility limitations. Registration details PID-STRA-66933
