Guest access We only use the entire 🌿house for one team per day. 🎬You can watch Netflix for free on the living room TV. Please select the “Dobong” profile. Please use the 🧺washing machine (dryer) only if you are staying for more than 3 nights! Usually there is in house laundry inside the washing machine. Other things to note The ⭐️living room dining table is foldable - the dining table may fold out if you move it or get caught on your legs. If the open dining table is folded, all items and food on the dining table may spill out, so please pay special attention. 1. Pets are allowed. Guests who are allowed to use the accommodation cleanly with pets are allowed. Please bring Kennel and take special care of the defecation. Please be careful not to contaminate or damage the bedding. No washing machine or tableware for pet clothing, supplies. Please note that in the event of contamination or damage caused by pets, you will be charged for deep cleaning (100,000 KRW) + replacement cost. 2. Not allowed smoke All indoor spaces are non-smoking. If you smoke, the sprinklers will be triggered and there is a smoke alarm installed, which can cause a loud alarm to sound. We also charge for deep cleaning because the smell of cigarettes doesn't fall out easily. 3. Take off your shoes and live indoors. 4. Please use the dining table for food consumption. Please note that if contamination of bedding, rugs, etc. caused by food is not removed by washing, a deep cleaning fee (100,000 KRW) + replacement fee will be charged. 5. Please be careful about making noise. Since it is located in a residential area, please be careful not to cause excessive noise to the neighbors. (In the event of a noise complaint, you will be immediately removed without refund, so please keep it) 6. No parties. However, small events that don't make a lot of noise are possible. 7. Pay attention to contamination and damage to facilities. Please note that you may be charged for this loss. 8. No barbeque/related to kitchen use Simple meals are available in the accommodation. If you cook barbecue or smelly food, it is difficult to ventilate within a short time, so we are restricting it for the next guest. If you ventilate well, you can freely cook food other than grilled meat/fish. If the smell does not dissipate or the kitchen is heavily contaminated, we will charge you for a separate deep cleaning. Please wash the kitchen utensils you used when checking out and put them on the drying rack. 9. If additional people exceed the number of people booked are found, we will charge 3 times the additional cost of the number of guests. Please tell us the exact number of guests after check-in and pay an additional fee. This will be refunded after check-out and room confirmation if there is a security deposit.
