We are an AirBnB Apartment complex on the roof of our company Backhaus, consisting of 20 Apartments, all on the same floor. We have 3 common areas that you can use outside your room. Our rooftop terrace area is actively in service and offers views of Vadi Istanbul, Galatasaray Stadium, Radisson Hotel and the forest with its non-smoking indoor and outdoor smoking areas. The space In our 20 flats, a variety of options are offered, from the smallest 1+0 to a huge option like 4+1 in a single flat. Filter coffee, Turkish coffee and tea service is easily available during working hours. We also provide hot, cold or room temperature drinking water free of charge 24 hours a day through our Waternet machines. We have flexible self-check-in option 24 hours a day. All you have to do is show your reservation to our security personnel at the security gate and get your room access information. There is a laundry and dryer in our common areas. Your private room includes an iron, ironing board, mini refrigerator and a small TV unit. We do not offer kitchen service. However, if you order from outside, you can use the microwave oven, cutlery and plates in the common areas. We offer clean linen and towel change services for long stays or when needed. All our bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with brand new Air Conditioning VRF systems. We also have 100 megabit symmetrical (uninterrupted) very fast internet service via Wifi in all rooms and common areas. Two elevators connect you to our door on the 0th floor. Just press the 2nd floor. We offer the option of leaving luggage and parking in just 20 minutes. If you have a car, you can park it free of charge on the roadside in front of our security gate, or for a fee in Vadi Istanbul for long-term stays. There is usually no problem with parking on the roadside. Guest access We are located in front of Vadi Istanbul Shopping Mall with highest number of customers in Turkey offering a wide range of breakfast, coffee shop and restaurant services. Some of them even start working at 7.00 a.m. like Starbucks and Sariyer Borek. No need to cook since we have these alternatives very closely located. Getir, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol yemek applications are all widely used food delivery in Turkey. Getir and iTaxi can also be used for Taxi services. We also have every 5 minutes free Havaray starting at very early hours in the morning. Havaray starts from Vadi İstanbul and brings you to Galatasaray Stadium in 2 minutes. At Galatasaray Stadium you are well connected to the main Metro system of Istanbul. Other things to note You can use our roof terrace as you wish without any restrictions. Our indoor common areas in front of the rooms are very useful and are smoke-free 24 hours a day.
