One bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with power shower and plenty of charm await you in our property. The space A neutral, Scandi decor with a light, cosy feel to it. This space is quaint, quirky and cottage like with exposed and original beams. If you’re looking for character and charm, this is definitely the place for you! Living room: A large and inviting two seater sofa in the kitchen / lounge where you can relax whilst watching tv, listening to music or reading a book. There is also a breakfast bar that can be used for dining, working or even playing a board game together. It’s a practical and comfortable space. Kitchen: A fully fitted kitchen has all cooking utensils including oven trays etc. An under counter fridge with small freezer section and washing machine. You’ll also find complimentary coffee, sugar, teabags & snacks for your stay. Bedroom: The bedroom is separate from the kitchen / lounge area with a beautiful double bed with orthopaedic mattress. Bedside tables each side, a hairdryer, full length mirror and side board with six drawers giving ample space for your belongings. Cubbys: There are two loft shaped “cubby” areas in the bedroom. One has a small window with roller blind, a bench for your suitcase / luggage. The second is the perfect “walk in wardrobe” area for storing your clothes on the wooden hangers provided. Also wicker baskets on the floor for your shoes or other items. Bathroom: The bathroom is off the bedroom and has a walk in shower, toilet and sink / basin. Corner storage for your cosmetics. Hallway: In the hallway of the property, there is all the essentials and amenities you might need whilst staying here; including a steam iron, ironing board, mop & bucket and hoover. Please see behind the room divider. Please note, whilst this property is recently refurbished, is not a brand new build & this is why people love it. There is a shared entrance hallway and the property is located on the top floor (Two flights of stairs). Not suitable for those with mobility issues as there is no lift. There are two other residents in the building so please note you might bump into our lovely neighbours in the hallway. Full details of entry to the building, exact location & lock box access will be sent to you one or two days before your stay via inbox. Parking is paid off the premises. The nearest car park is Listley Street which is £1.40 per hour from 8am to 6pm. Its free after 6pm until 8am. Sundays and bank holidays are 60p per hour or free from 6pm until 8am. This car park can be paid by cash, card or via the MiPermit app from your smart phone. 300m from the property. Alternatively there is Smithfield car park, opposite Sainsburys for £6 all day. Paid by cash or card. 7 minute walk away.
