Immersed among the Tuscan olive trees, near the sea (10 min by car) and surrounded by a climate and atmosphere of the countryside stands "Casa Alice", our small rural villa away from the noise and frenzy of the city. Casa Alice is an ideal place for those who plan to spend their holidays with family and friends, thanks to the presence of a spacious and relaxing place, perfect for being outdoors, having fun with friends and enjoying the days. The space At the entrance you are greeted by a large shaded veranda with a dining area overlooking the olive grove. The house consists of two floors, a living area upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. The bedroom has a large double bed and a single bed, while in the living area you can find a sofa bed that is also a double. The kitchen is complete and dishes and cooking utensils are provided. The bathroom is complete and you can find all the essential amenities, such as all the bathroom fixtures, towels and hairdryer. The furniture is very welcoming and familiar, characterized by paintings and craft lamps made by the owner himself. Outside, beyond the veranda with dining area, there is a large cultivated green space where you can find other services available such as an outdoor shower, barbecue grill, sun lounger and hammock.
