This five double bedroom house was professionally converted from a mid 19th century farmstead in 2011, offering step free access with two bedrooms on the ground floor. Sitting on the North Coast 500 route above the River Conon, within easy reach of Inverness, Loch Ness and the Great Glen and, the Northern Highlands, adventure awaits! The space This comfy house and beautiful gardens sit in a year round midge free Highland location. There is step free access to the house where you enter into a hallway with space for all your boots and coats. The ground floor consists of a cosy sitting room with a quality log burner; a utility room with a toilet, washing machine and tumble drier; a modern, fully equipped kitchen dinning room with a large dining table that seats 12. There are then two bedrooms on the ground floor; a king and a super king, which can be made up as a twin by request, as well as a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. To complete the ground floor there is a sun room with awesome views of Ben Wyvis and the west highlands. From the sun room and the kitchen dinner there is access to the outdoor dining area and a large garden. The first floor has three further bedrooms; a master en-suite with king size bed, a double room and a triple room which can be made up as a super king with one single by request, and finally another bathroom. There is parking for at least 4 cars by the front door and further space can be made available if required. Licence No: HI-20163-F Guest access The cupboard under the stairs is locked and is not to be accessed by guests. There is a sign in the kitchen with details about use of the garden which is shared with us. All other buildings, in particular the row of sheds opposite the house are strictly private / out of bounds and are not to be accessed by any guests or thier pets. They may contain hazards especially for children and pets. Other things to note Whilst we may not be able to offer early check in or late check out as we will be preparing the house for your stay or the guests that follow you, by pre-arrangement you can drop your bags off early on the day of your arrival and leave them with us for the day on your departure. Also by, pre-arrangement, we can accept food and wine deliveries for you.
