The space The villa offers a capacity of 6 beds (2 double bedrooms including one on the ground floor, one bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and possibility of a baby cot on request). The property is guarded 24 hours a day by the caretaker who has his own studio at the back of the villa, not overlooked by the pool area or the terrace, ultra-secure grounds with anti-intrusion alarm. The villa is also equipped with 3 fire extinguishers. Ground floor: large living room – dining room with TV, DVD player, Orange Wi-Fi ADSL, Canal+ decoder (subscription extra), table for 6 people with 6 chairs, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. You can also find some books. Visitor toilet. Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, gas stove, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker (on request from the caretaker), kettle, toaster, plancha ……… Back kitchen with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bedroom 1 ground floor: air-conditioned double bedroom with 160 x 190 bed equipped with a mosquito net with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and sink). Upstairs: Bedroom 2: air-conditioned double bedroom with 160 x 190 bed equipped with a mosquito net with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and sink). Bedroom 3: Air-conditioned bedroom - 2 single beds equipped with mosquito nets with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink). Hairdryer upon request. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Large terrace on the 1st floor. Electricity is extra and based on the meter reading (200 FCFA per kWh to be paid directly to the caretaker). We can arrange your transfer with our driver (extra charge).
