Welcome to our charming studio located on the ground floor in the very center of Tours! Ideally located on the famous Rue Colbert (but very quiet because it does not overlook the street), our fully equipped accommodation offers a unique experience. - Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine - Bath & bed linen provided / Shower gel / Coffee - Halles (7-min walk), Rue Nationale (15-min walk), Cathedral (8-min walk) - 100% self check-in and check-out All you have to do is put your bags down! The space The accommodation consists of: - 1 living room with lounge area (wardrobe, large sofa, coffee table) - 1 kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator and an assortment of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery... - 1 bedroom area with 140 x 190 cm bed base/mattress, cocooning atmosphere - 1 bathroom with sink and storage cabinet - 1 separate WC Guest access Our apartment is just a 12-minute walk from the free parking lot "Bords de Loire - Bibliothèque", located on Avenue André Malraux, with 325 spaces available on both sides of the Napoleon and Wilson bridges. Parking is also free on Rue des Ursulines and Rue Jules Simon. You can also do everything on foot since the apartment is located on Rue Colbert, a 10-minute walk from the train station, in the center of Tours! Other things to note Bed and bath linens are disinfected and washed at 60°C by a professional laundry service between each stay. The beds are made on arrival. We also provide: one towel per person, a shower mat, a dish towel and a hand towel for the kitchen. You will have at your disposal: a kitchen and bathroom garbage bag, a sponge, toilet paper, coffee, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, shower gel, hand soap. Cleaning fee is included in the reservation. Early check-in (2 p.m.)/late check-out (2 p.m.) can be booked for a fee. The services and benefits offered are entirely optional. NO PARKING.
