Your side of the house has its own dedicated entrance at the back — a short stone path along the right side of the house leads to your door. Inside: king bed, attached master bath, TV with your own streaming, Keurig with pods, and a mini fridge. The hot tub is ten feet from your door. Location: 1 mile east of downtown Bend. 5-minute drive to the Old Mill District, 10 minutes to the Deschutes River trail, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, walking distance to Pilot Butte. A strong home base for a weekend of skiing, floating, biking, brewery-hopping, or just slowing down. Other things to note NO SURPRISES: Occupants: A real family lives here — one kid, one well-loved dog. Your side of the house has its own entrance and bathroom; most guests barely notice us. Hot tub: Ten feet from your door. Happy to answer any questions about use. Parking: Gravel lot to the left of the driveway — fits two cars comfortably. Access: Walk to the right side of the house, follow the stone path to the back. Your door is at the end. Gear use: Kayaks, paddleboards, floats, etc... gear shared with household. Coffee: Keurig with pods in the front container; mugs provided. TV: Streaming-ready — log in with any of your subscriptions, and please log out before you depart.
