Our 80 m2 haven of peace, with bohemian decor, with 2 large bedrooms with original 1930s parquet flooring, large living room, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV, WiFi (fiber), yard, 2 terraces... parking space in front of the house, barbecue, baby kit... Sheets and linen provided. Close shops on foot on St Benoît des Ondes. The space Family house, dating from 1930, completely renovated, bohemian decoration, and 1930s inspiration. House located in a cul-de-sac guaranteeing calm. Located 10 minutes from Cancale, 15 minutes from St Malo, 50 minutes from Mont St Michel. Shops nearby within walking distance, 500 m from the accommodation. Guest access The entire house, the courtyard in front with picnic table, terrace behind the sea side with living room and table are at your disposal. The plot, behind the sea side, is grassed. Parking spaces in front of the house (access to cars at the rear of the house is to be avoided as much as possible, due to children and reversing). Other things to note The beaches of St Benoît des Ondes are called 'Gréve' (hence the name of our house 'Face à la Gréve'). These are not beaches for swimming because the water level is too low, but ideal for walks, sunbathing, playing with children without any danger. Like all fishermen's houses of the time, the houses and gardens are adjoining. Part of the GR34, on Cancale for 11 km, is very popular and accessible. Many activities for young and old are offered around St. Benoît des Ondes (sand yachting is a must! Visit St. Malo by Segway, sea excursions on the old Bisquine rig, etc.) in short... everything for a great vacation. Documentation and recommendations will be available to you.
