The Cosmopolitan Retreat is an easy walk to the centre of Geelong CBD, Waterfront precinct and Geelong Railway Station. The space Architecturally designed for easy and convenient living, the Cosmopolitan Retreat offers guests everything you will need to relax. When you enter the property on the ground floor you will be greeted by polished concrete floors and a modern air-conditioned open plan living, dining adjacent to the designer kitchen with Bosch appliances, stone benchtops, coffee machine and European laundry with washer/dryer for guests convenience. Sliding glass doors open widely to a private and secured lawned courtyard complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. A timber staircase leads upstairs to two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom one features a generous king-size bed, walk in robe and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has two comfortable single beds, built in robes and private en-suite bathroom with a bath (approx 1.3 metres). There is also a porta-cot available if you need it. Both bedrooms feature a private balcony. Crisp, clean linen is provided. A secure garage is available for one vehicle, right at the front door to complete the Cosmopolitan Retreat. Other things to note Please read the house rules but note the following; No parties, events or schoolies. To be kind to our neighbours, please no excessive noise or outdoor entertaining beyond 10pm. No smoking permitted inside the house. No pets No child safety gates provided for stairs. Please remove dirty linen from beds and place with dirty towels in bathroom
