Large, quiet, comfortable garden

Forget about time in this large, serene house, in the quiet countryside of Plœmel. You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay with a large terrace and a welcoming garden, barbecue, fast internet (fiber), a very large TV, washing machine. 10 minutes from the beaches, with easy access to local activities: tree climbing, Le Petit Délire amusement park, golf course, Carnac alignments, Quiberon peninsula, Saint Goustan port and others! The space The house is spacious with a large living room, living room and open kitchen on the ground floor, a master suite, separate toilet, laundry room and garage. On the first floor you have 4 bedrooms, 3 double beds and 2 single beds, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The exterior is pleasant with a large terrace and garden furniture, flower beds and even a bowling green. We have done some decorations ourselves, and we hope you will find our house as warm as we do :-) Guest access We are always happy to meet our guests; if you prefer or if we are not available, a lockbox is available to facilitate access to the house at the desired time. Other things to note The house is entirely non-smoking. Sheets and towels are provided. We must go between each guest to clean and change linens. You will be asked to clean your dishes and dispose of your garbage at the end of the stay. Check-in is from 5pm and check-out is before 10am. Depending on availability, we can accept earlier check-in and/or late checkout for an extra 30 euros per modification.
