Built decades ago by my grandfather, it was a meeting point for the whole family in the summers of my childhood. We recently renovated it, preserving its charm and warmth, but bringing a more modern and interactive layout, with large, well-lit and integrated spaces, ideal for moments of conviviality. On the ground floor, you'll find: Large living room with open kitchen, TV room, game room and dining room, all connected to ensure interaction between guests. Indoor barbecue, perfect for preparing meals in any climate. Spacious outdoor area, with a vegetable garden, industrial stove and pet-friendly space. Three bedrooms, including one en-suite, plus a shared bathroom. Laundry, for added convenience. On the second floor, we have: Three additional bedrooms, ensuring comfort for all. Anteroom, perfect for moments of rest. Shared bathroom. Extra barbecue and area for small events, excellent for family gatherings. With spacious and integrated environments, our house is ideal for creating unforgettable memories — whether cooking together, playing cards or simply relaxing to the sound of the sea. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house, ensuring comfort and freedom during their stay. On the ground floor, there is a large and integrated lounge, combining an American kitchen, TV room, games room and dining room, as well as an indoor barbecue, ideal for socializing. Here, you can cook, play games, watch TV, or prepare a barbecue without losing the interaction. The outdoor area has a sink, industrial stove, vegetable garden and pet-friendly space, providing practicality and contact with nature. In addition, there is a laundry room and a common bathroom for added convenience. The ground floor also houses three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. On the second floor, guests will find three more bedrooms, a cozy anteroom and a common bathroom. For gatherings, there is also an extra barbecue and a large space for small family events, always well ventilated and inviting.
