Other things to note Northport Events: Farmers Market every Friday morning at the marina park from Memorial Day to late September. Cars in the Park, is the longest-running auto show in Leelanau County. Held annually on the Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Music in the Park every Friday evening in July and August. Northport Fly-in & Pancake Breakfast at Woolsey Memorial Airport (5D5) is held the first Saturday in August each year. The annual Dog Parade is held the second Saturday in August. Northport's Leelanau UnCaged Street festival is held the last Saturday of September each year. Holiday Tree lighting and festivities are held the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.
