The space The penthouse is located on the 8th and 9th floor (accessible via elevator) of a newly constructed block of apartments, providing you with a luxurious and modern living space during your stay in Malta. The lower floor consists of two large bedrooms (both with ensuite) and a washroom. The master bedroom has a King Sized Bed (180x200) and an ensuite, as well as its own balcony offering breathtaking sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds (both 90x200), an ensuite bathroom, and its own large private terrace. On the upper level (connected by stairs or an elevator with a private entrance), you will find a large open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living area, a 1/2 bathroom (with a toilet and sink), as well as two large terraces. The kitchen also boasts a coffee corner with a Nespresso machine, kettle, tea, decaf instant coffee, and sugar. The front facing terrace offers unbeatable panoramic views of St. Julian's Bay, and provides the perfect setting to relax, dine, and BBQ. The back terrace is set out to be the perfect chill out area, with deckchairs and a hammock! The sofa converts into a comfortable bed, offering the same comfort as any other! It's sturdy and equipped with a deep mattress, and it comes in size of 160x200 (even bigger than standard double beds!) Bed linen for the sofa bed is automatically provided for bookings of 5 or 6 persons. Otherwise, we will only provide linen for the sofa bed upon request. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need during your stay, including a full-sized fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, and cooking utensils. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. This ensures that the apartment is perfect for both short and long stays! The entire apartment is also air-conditioned, ensuring that you stay comfortable, no matter the weather. The apartment is extremely well located. It's within walking distance (under 5 mins) from some of Malta's best restaurants, the beach, Malta's newest shopping and entertainment complex, major bus-stations, a convenience store and a large supermarket, a pharmacy and much more. Pool Access Our guests enjoy unlimited access to the amazing Neptunes Water Polo Club Pool, located a short 4/5 minute walk from the apartment along the seafront. Sit and relax by the pool, or soak up sun on a sun-bed (available on a first come first serve basis). Our guests also enjoy access to the pool shower and changing room facilities. The Pool is open from May until 7th September (weather permitting and barring any major repairs to the Club’s infrastructure) Other things to note TOURIST TAX Maltese Tourist tax of Euro 1.50 per person per night (adults only) is payable upon check in.
