For smokers, the garage area can be used. QUIET AND RESPECT FOR THE CONDOMINIUM Because it is a family residential condominium, loud noise is not allowed at any time (morning, afternoon or night). Failure to comply may result in a fine and immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. CHECK-OUT WITH BASIC ORGANIZATION At the end of the stay, we ask that: . The furniture is in the original place . Garbage is gathered in a visible place . Dishes are washed and stored In case of excessive disorganization or non-compliance, an extra cleaning fee of R$100.00 will be charged. NUMBER OF GUESTS AND VISITORS The reservation is valid only for the number of guests selected at the time of booking. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed without prior notice. Non-compliance may result in a fine and cancellation of the stay without a refund. LOSS OF KEYS AND GATE CONTROL Loss of apartment keys, condominium keys or gate control will incur a charge of R$250.00 for replacement and new coding. PET FRIENDLY POLICY We love to welcome your pet!
