The 2 separate bedrooms on the courtyard side, quiet, are equipped with a closet and beds already made for your arrival. The space This apartment has two east-facing bedrooms overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It is ideal for two couples or a couple with two or three children. • The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 190). • The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be brought together to accommodate a couple. • Each bedroom has a closet with hanging space and storage (chests of drawers). • Beds are made upon arrival, and bath towels are provided. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. The living room gives access to a west-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the setting sun. It is equipped with a TV and is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, gas stove (4 gas hobs and gas oven), high storage cupboard, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower curtain, sink, hairdryer, storage shelves and towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The seaside resort is lively all year round, with shops, restaurants, a casino, a cinema, a SPA, thalassotherapy and many water activities in the immediate vicinity, such as surfing, long-coast, sailing and paddleboarding. Conveniently, the supermarket is located on the way between the accommodation and the beach. Guest access Parking is free and private, located at the back of the building.
