Lindenhof Zermützel

Our apartment in the converted barn is made for everyone, whether with children, as a couple or alone. With us, you can discover wonderful nature and Zermützel is surrounded by hiking trails, lakes and historic towns. The apartment is new and fully equipped. The large lime trees offer shade and on weekends you can enjoy a piece of homemade cake in the in-house café. Even after a cooler day in the forest, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace. The space The space is on two levels. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace and sleeping accommodation (sofa bed for guest 5+6). The living room is connected to the kitchen and the exit to the terrace. The bedroom is the only room completely darkened and with a door. The second bed is accessible via a staircase and has a beautiful view of our garden. In addition to the larger apartment, there is another apartment. These are not connected and each have a private entrance. The terrace is separate, but still visible, as the plants are not yet so opaque. Guest access The entrance to the apartment can be reached via the hostess's courtyard. However, the terrace is completely private and not visible to the hostess. Other things to note IMPORTANT: During and after your stay, we will read the current meter reading together and the cost of consumption will be calculated based on the current rate (calculated by Stadtwerke Neuruppin). This means that the cost of your electricity consumption will be calculated in retrospect and charged to you. We do not want to enrich ourselves with this in any way, but only to encourage economical energy consumption. The heat comes exclusively from the fireplace. Only in the bathroom is there an electronic heater (this then counts towards the electricity consumption). Therefore, the apartment is cheaper in winter because the consumption is more expensive. You are welcome to bring your own firewood (only natural) for the fireplace or buy it from us for €8.50 (small basket).
