The house is perfect for people looking to feel at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes drive from the best beach clubs in Costa da Caparica. The supermarket is 200 meters from the house and there are many restaurants nearby as well as shops. If you don't have a car, Uber works very well and is very cheap. The space On the ground floor you will have a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. On this same ground floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms of 15 m2 each with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen opens to the terrace at the back, equipped with 2 large dining tables with umbrella, as well as a charcoal grill. You will also find a relaxation area with lounge chairs and various seating from which you can see the pool and access it. On the 1st floor you will find a living room area with a large wall-mounted TV where you will have access to Netflix, a furnished workspace, 1 bedroom equipped with air conditioning with 1 bed of 160 x 200 and 1 bed of 90 x 200, 1 bathroom with shower. This floor also offers direct access to a furnished terrace where you can admire the stars in the evening, enjoy the end of the day or do your yoga sessions.🧘 Guest access You will enjoy the entire house during your stay. Other things to note Dear guests, please note that: - For safety reasons (the pool does not have a fence as it is not mandatory in Portugal, and the stairs inside the house are quite dangerous for young children , as well as those at the entrance (outdoor stairs)), children from 2 to 8 years old are only allowed in the house upon request, after validating the risks involved. - Groups of young people are not allowed in the house. Any reservation made for or by a group of young people concealing their age will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation upon arrival without any refund of the amount paid for the stay. - The house must be returned in the condition in which it was entrusted to you: - clean kitchen, refrigerators emptied of all opened and perishable food and opened bottles of sodas or water, furniture returned to its place if moved during the stay, including outside, trash cans and empty bottles in the containers provided for this purpose located in the street. Failure to comply with these rules will result in an additional cleaning fee of €50 at your expense. - Any sand on the floor of the house must be cleaned / vacuumed before your departure. Failure to comply will result in an additional €50 cleaning fee at your expense . - It is forbidden to dive into the pool because it is only 1.20 m deep and you could be seriously injured. On the other hand, jumping and diving results in a significant loss of water, if the water level drops too low, the pool pump will run empty and its motor may break. You will therefore be fully liable if the pump needs to be replaced or repaired, and this will be at your expense. - Thank you for using the beach towels that will be provided to you free of charge to protect the outdoor furniture on which you will lie / sit with sunscreen.
