With its shaded terrace of 12 m2 and its small garden with fruit trees, you can enjoy the calm of vast nature that is still wild and the benefits of the Drôme with its many swimming areas within walking distance. Very nice view of the 3 Becs mountain range from the living room of the cottage. A great wellness experience awaits you! The space The accommodation consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and a 2-seater table constitute the private outdoor area adjoining the accommodation. The garden area around the accommodation is fenced and crossed by 2 shared driveways (office access). The owners have their own access to their home (located behind the cottage) and their own private garden (no one opposite). Guest access The property is accessible on one level. A lockbox on the terrace provides independent access to the accommodation. Other things to note Four-legged companions are welcome at the Olivier cottage. However, they must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, not be aggressive and allow the passage of strangers on shared lanes (delivery people for example)
