Whether with friends or family, ideally located, close to the city center of Fronton, 7 minutes from the highway and 30 km from Toulouse Blagnac airport, this house is ideal for a short stop or a short stay. The space The house consists of: A large living and dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster...). A large cellar with washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner... The living room is equipped with an HD TV with FreeBox and Wi-Fi. In the sleeping area you will find 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 160 bed with large dressing room. - Bedroom 2: 140 bed with large closet - bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds in 90 with an extra baby bed. Linens are provided and beds are made. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. Two sinks with heated towel rail and hair dryer available. Separate suspended toilet. Outside you will find a 900 m² enclosed and fenced garden, clean and maintained, with charcoal barbecue, table and chairs for meals on the semi-covered terrace. Biker friends, possibility to park one or two motorcycles in a garage (for this contact me). Guest access The house is on a closed and independent lot right next to our main residence. Other things to note The house offered for rent is completely independent on enclosed land (gate + fences) with parking spaces. The house is located next to our main residence.
