Description
This location is walking distance to everything you need! No need for a car and we are not too far up the hill. This little cottage is in the historic district downtown. I've preserved the historic character of the building even though it's been rehabbed. This is a minimalist apartment. All the furniture and appliances are new, yet I've kept some of the original features including vaulted ceilings and the old vintage sink and shower because they're built in the typical Saint Thomas way. The space This is the historic district, so I preserved the character of the homes. We have no glass on the windows, just louvers. No AC. The fans have been adequate for us and our current guests. The furnishings are slightly different but comparable and I have tenants in place so I cannot update the pictures until July. Here are my other unit listings: Spice House and Teresa's room at Pomegranite house Guest access This is one of 3 units on the property, so you will share a small common courtyard. Other things to note the front door sticks when you open it oh, so just lift up a little on the handle. The Neighbors on either side of this house are my friends and can always help if you have a concern or a problem. Expect to hear roosters, music, and children playing during the day, it's usually very quiet at night. No AC just fans.
