Workington is approximately 20 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 42 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holidaymakers, its location would make it ideal for those in the area for work, with local transport links to Workington Community Hospital and Sellafield. Unfortunately, this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby, the details of which can be provided by your hosts. There are also several local disc zones; more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts. There are a number of local transport links, including a train station with services running from Barrow-in-Furness to Carlisle. Workington also has a number of local bus routes.
