The house accommodates up to 30 people Occupancy and values The base daily rate covers up to 10 people. From the 11th person, there is an additional charge per guest. The total amount is adjusted according to the number of guests informed. Guest access The entire house is available for those who rent it. Other things to note General rules Check-in 3 p.m. and check-out 3 p.m. as per the agreed time. Unannounced visitors must be authorized in advance, and will incur an additional cost to be agreed upon with the host. Keep the place clean, conserve furniture and utensils.
