Experience a relaxed break in our self contained annex. Located a five minute walk from the sea front and a 15 minute walk from the blue flag beach of rest bay, known for its surfing. Close to the town centre and amenities, with spectacular restaurants all within walking distance. Coop and Aldi supermarket is close by. There is a quaint forecourt area to unwind after a busy day of exploring. Perfect for couples or friends. Due to the step access no children under 14 years are permitted. The space The property is a Victorian town house. The studio annex is accessed through the side gate and located at the back of the house with its steps up to a separate entrance. The annex is self contained and separate to the residents living space. The space is cosy and snug with all the essentials required. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and reviews reflect this. We have decorated the space to make your stay as relaxed as possible. The space consists of a double bed, high specification shower en-suite and a small kitchenette area. There is use of a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. We also provide a welcome tray on arrival for a light refreshment. Smart tv with free access to Netflix and other apps available. At the bottom of the steps there is a separate outside forecourt providing a space to relax, as in photos. This is the designated space for the air b and b. Our property is in the perfect location for beach access to several beaches and located a five minute walk from town. The vibrant city of Cardiff is located a 30 minute drive from the location and is also accessible by the X2 bus directly from Porthcawl. Swansea city is a 20 minute drive with mumbles and the Gower coast nearby. Guest access There is free parking on the street. The property is accessed through a side gate. Follow the paved path to rear of the house. There is a coded key box on the pillar by our seating area. The code will be provided before your stay. Enter the property at the rear. up the stone steps to the annex. During your stay Feel free to message for any queries during your stay. We are happy to give any advice needed although we will respect your privacy. Other things to note Unfortunately there is no disabled access as the property is located up the steps to the first floor. We will provide a little welcome pack of some basics. Please note the contents will vary from the photographs. We are ideally located in a friendly residential area. Before leaving the annex please leave the outdoor light on for your return in the evening.
