Parking for 1 car. Small dogs allowed, maximum 1, for a fee. Cats are not allowed. RESERVATION AND STAY RULES: The following costs are to be paid in cash upon arrival: Security deposit € 100,00 (Returned at the end of the lease), Cleaning (the cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the 'guest) € 50,00. Villa Zanella is in Rosolina Mare, a peninsula at the far north of the Po Delta Park, characterized by a large pine and holm oak forest and a fine sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea. The structure is in a pine forest on the first floor with a terrace equipped for outdoor dining. A short walk takes you to the beach. The center of the town is easily reachable on foot, where the commercial area, amusement park and evening events are located. In addition to the beach it is possible to visit the Botanical Garden of Porto Caleri, the mouth of the Adige river with the panoramic tower, both reachable on foot from the beach or by bicycle.
