Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and well-lit hallway leading to a grand lounge featuring an elegant Edwardian-style bay window. The comfortable L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind or entertain while enjoying your favourite shows on the large flatscreen SMART TV. The apartment includes two bright and spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with brand new hybrid mattresses for extra comfort. Both have room for a travel cot. The larger bedroom is conveniently located next to the main bathroom, which offers both a bath and a shower, while the smaller bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Step through the kitchen's patio door to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy afternoon cocktails in the private, sunlit courtyard. Parking is available at the back of the property, offering a free and private space suitable for small, compact cars (Fiat 500. SMART, Mini), though parallel parking is necessary. Alternatively, free parking is available on the street from 7 PM to 10 AM. A secure car park is also just a 1-2 minute walk away, costing only around £12 for 24 hours.
