"Enjoy a cozy and exclusive stay in our chalet, a perfect retreat to relax in the midst of nature with comfort and charm." Our chalet features Wi-Fi, a television with open channels, a ceiling fan in the living room, a compact kitchen with appliances and basic kitchen utensils, a dining table, a private balcony with a barbecue area and a parking space for 1 (one) car inside the property. Description above (Upper floor chalet). The space Our chalet is located approximately 2 km from the beach, taking about 5 (five) minutes by car and about 20 (twenty) on foot. A quiet cul-de-sac ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature. Our chalet is close to rivers and waterfalls, and is really worth visiting. We are also close to markets, a bakery, pet shop, pharmacy, restaurants and other local shops. The chalet has 2 (two) air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living room, an integrated kitchen, a barbecue area, a social bathroom and a parking space for 1 (one) car. NOTE: If you come with more than one vehicle, the main street is quiet and can be used to leave the vehicle during the rental. However, we hosts are not responsible for any accidents or incidents involving the vehicle during the stay. Ideal chalet for 4 (four) people, but we accept up to 5 (five) people upon request, we provide an extra mattress. We are pet friendly, it will be a pleasure to welcome your pet to our chalet and we know how much pets are loved and cherished by everyone. Guest access The access of the chalet to the guest is not private, on the ground we have 2 chalets, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. Both cottages are well reserved, not disturbing the privacy of either. Parking access is exclusive to the two cottages. Other things to note Our chalet is located in Sertão de Maresias, a quiet place surrounded by greenery and nature. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and security.
