Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.) The space The alley house: With an area of 60 m², you will benefit from an air-conditioned living room with: -living room equipped with a TV, a dining room, a mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed (possibility of adding a baby cot on request). - a separate kitchen equipped with: mini-oven, stove, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker. - A bathroom with toilet. - A small independent outdoor courtyard that is not overlooked: garden furniture, barbecue. - electric car recharging is prohibited.
