We are centrally located in the heart of Fryeburg within blocks of Fryeburg's Town Center, across the street from Fryeburg Academy. So much to do within our surrounding area. Sking, hiking, shopping, breweries, wedding venues and so much more. 25 minutes from North Conway New Hampshire and with 15 minutes from Mount Pleasant Ski resort. Enjoy our peaceful home as your central hub to all the area has to offer. The space Rustic and tastefully renovated, one bedroom, one bathroom private dwelling, fitted with a queen size bed and a very comfy, memory foam queen size couch bed in the open living room/kitchen area. The unit is supplied with multiple stand up fans, and an air conditioner for during the summer months. You'll also find an iron and ironing board for those dress up occasions. Only a 5 minute walk to the local coffee shop. We've added outdoor lockable ski equipment storage and a boot/glove dryer for all you skier and snowboarders Guest access Two houses on the property and you'll have private and full access to the smaller unit. Please do not disturb the tenants of the adjoining property Other things to note The price per night is for up to 2 guests. There is a very comfortable queen size couch bed, as well as a full size futon in the living room which can accommodate another 2 guests. In total the house can accommodate up to 4 guests at an additional $15 per person per night for any more than 2 guests. Guests must be minimum of 25 years old to book this property. Family friendly neighborhood, with other house on the property with full-time tenants so please keep that in mind. Sorry, No pets allowed There are no grab bars in the shower or bathroom, for anyone concerned with mobility issues.
