No part of this home is shared. Other things to note - Bring your own beach towels. - All other towels and linens provided - Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Pets upon owner approval - Daily housekeeping is NOT included - Any motorized boats, ATVs, or other are not included in the rental. Their use is prohibited. - No smoking (tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is allowed in the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are permitted. - Illegal activity is prohibited and won't be tolerated. - No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbour's. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay. - Please do not pour grease or food down the drain. Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet, all other items: wipes, Kleenex, dental floss, sanitary items, diapers or anything of that nature, are prohibited as they may cause damage to the septic tank.Please do not park your vehicles on the septic tank, this may also cause damage. - Remove all garbage and dispose at nearby dump; failure to do so may result in dangerous wildlife raiding the garbage. Location of nearby landfills and hours are provided in House Guide website. Do NOT dispose of garbage in a neighbour's bin, fines may result. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Please only burn wood bought locally, do not cut or damage any trees at the cottage. Ensure fire is doused with water before retiring for the evening.
