Home in Bountiful

Comfortable room for a landing zone for overnight, a few days or however long you need to rest and recoup before taking off again. The room is downstairs of my home, there is no physical separation between floors. But the space has its own entry. I hope you are comfortable. Roomie is fine with opening this room for guests, hence the creation of the shared listing. There is a shared register between the two basement rooms. The space The place is shared with other guests or tenants in the basement, full kitchen (upstairs), shared bathroom, another bedroom in the basement is a game/TV room primarily used by my son . There is no living room. I live upstairs with my son, my sons dad is the current roomie downstairs; there are 3 dogs on the property currently, 3 large. I have a pet gate mcgievered with caribiner clips in the kitchen/ top steps more to dissuade dogs (not stable). There is a large fenced Back yard shared with me, not public. I also have an external garage in the back if you need anything stored (short term or long term). Grill / Outdoor table + chairs and Hammock is out back - please make sure the gate is latched behind you. Guest access The Shared access is the kitchen (everyone), utility room (guests and me/kiddo), downstairs bathroom (guests), spare bedroom - game room (Kid - Friends) I'm open to sharing this space. I have a front entrance at the front of the house/garage for guests (you:roomie) to use for entrance to the basement. During your stay I’m usually always busy doing something. Catch me when you can or send me a text :) Other things to note The Dogs: 3 Dogs, 3 large 2 Females and 1 Male 2 are mine and 1 is a Foster through Great Pyrenees Rescue UT MT in SLC ..**any dogs not listed are protected as I foster through another organization Ruff Haven Resident Dogs: 🌶️Pepper (4 Years Old, Spayed), Lab/bully/Dane Mix 🧛‍♂️Draco (1.5 year old, neutered) Doberman Foster(s) New for April 2026: 3 year old Great Pyr/Akbash Mix, Female, Spayed (CoCo)
